Fall Product Launches - Emulator Pedals, Analog Bar Tape
As we transition into the fall cycling season, Joystick is undergoing a transition of its own. We’re excited to have two brand new product lines launching this month; pedals and bar tape. Both have been in development for some time and we can’t wait to get these out to you in the next few weeks!
We also have our much-anticipated Binary and Imprint Single Lock Grips on the way. These will complement our X-Logo Lock-On Grips to give you, the cyclist, more options on how to customize and control your ride. More on those next month...
One piece of the control point puzzle that we’ve been working on at Joystick for a while now is pedals. The Emulator is a tried and tested flat pedal design with a few modifications. It’s built on a fully CNC-machined platform from 6061 Aluminium and a 4140 Cro-mo Steel (9/16″) axle, weighing in at just 197 grams per pedal. We’ve added high load-bearing bushings and cartridge bearings for increased durability and the concave shape fits nine tunable pins per side. The Emulator (currently only available in black) is equally at home on a downhill gravity steed or street-ready commuter. Just what you needed to complete your Joystick control point setup.
Analog Bar Tape
At Joystick, we love bikes. And while the brand has deep roots in mountain biking here in British Columbia, as we continue to grow we’ve begun to embrace other cycling disciplines. Not just with our products, but as a riding culture. Analog Bar Tape is our first foray into the road cycling world but is accessible for any rider wishing to give their urban bicycle a distinct character and hand feel.
Increased control. Reduced vibration. Seven colours to choose from. With Analog Bar Tape your handlebars will feel as good as they look.
