ANALOG CARBON – Our Analog Carbon bars are manufactured with premium composite materials specially designed for Joystick and molded in our own unique custom molds. With a lab tested strength to weight ratio and incredible feel the Analog Carbon delivers results on the trail and the podium. Analog Carbon has been designed to enhance ride control and dampen vibration from trail feedback. These bars feature reinforced clamping zones in all the key clamping areas for your controls and stem interface. Destructive and real ride testing is done on a regular basis to ensure our standards are continually met.

BINARY CARBON – Binary Carbon bars are manufactured with the same premium composite materials we developed for our Analog Carbon bars but they we have tweaked our unique layup process to maximize the strength to weight specifically for enduro racing. The Binary Carbon bars feature all the same amazing characteristics as our popular Analog Carbon bars but in a lighter enduro race package.

CONTROLLED CLAMPING SYSTEM – Both our 8-bit and Builder stems use a our unique carbon and alloy friendly bar/stem interface with an increased clamping surface. By increasing the clamping surface area and utilizing our controlled clamping system we have created a stronger and more precise stem.

8-BIT ALLOY – All of our alloy products are made with either our 8-bit or 8-bit LT (Lite) blend of alloy. While most manufacturers just settle for a standard off the shelf alloy we have gone to great lengths to source alloy blends that not only meet our exacting test standards but also provide an unmatched performance and feel.
